    68 Coronet inspect.

Hi everybody: I know I know but I was in here with a Dart for a long time and I know a lot more people in here than in B Bodies Only. My Coronet is one of those ones with a rear blower defrost motor but I don't want to put it back in. I'd rather have two speakers back there. My question is...

Sure wish I knew what fan pulley he has

That's what I'm thinking. But where to get one is the problem. Tried before but couldn't find one :( If you're an old fart and road 10 bikes around in the day it's very easy to know what's wrong here  What I actually should have said in the title of the thread was "I wish I knew where he...

Sure wish I knew what fan pulley he has

Hi everybody: My car cools just fine going down the HWY and it's about the same as this 2.02 J heads with a 750 holley 185' down the HYW but when you stop it shoots up I think the main problem is that the fan pulley is too big and basically Dutch windmills around at idle. I have a Northern...

Fiberglass 6 pack hood get the heat out?

Anyone have a US Body or Unlimited hood? They sell the same deal but cheaper. I'm just wondering if the quality control is any better. USbody.com | Fiberglass Auto BOdy parts, Monster Truck and Full Race bodies. Molding fiberglass since 1987. 1967 - '69 Dodge Dart with Six Pack Hood (PR-5...

Fiberglass 6 pack hood get the heat out?

One of my friends is a painter body man so if it would need fixing it would probably only take a lot of beer and me paying for the supplies. But still for $1000 that's a pretty crappy product:(

Fiberglass 6 pack hood get the heat out?

Hi everybody: I'll probably be getting one of the fiberglass six-pack hoods from Stinger like on this Dart below. I think they look pretty cool but the main reason is to get some air in and out when it's baking hot out. The car does great going down the HYW 185' but if you get stuck in...

The thing that I don't get is why would Chrysler make the pulleys rotate at such a slow rate to begin with?

    water pump pulley question

Asked the crossflow question before and I've looked for a pic of one in an A-Body and none have them for an after market rad so after what I was told it doesn't sound like a good idea at all to try one

    water pump pulley question

Have the same sort of deal with a Northern radiator. I'm sure a shroud would held a lot though so I'll do that. Then the fan will be able to suck some air through.

    water pump pulley question

I was thinking about that too...but I think I'll skip that and do what I should have done and get a shroud made and if that doesn't help maybe get an electric fan. It's great going down the road but as soon as you stop it gets bad. I should watch at the next car show when someone starts one up...

    water pump pulley question

Hi everybody I just was wondering if you can buy smaller water pump pulleys so the rpm's aren't so low at idle. The fan in my car goes around like an old Dutch windmill at traffic lights and things get toasty
