    Wilwood Brake Advice

I am looking for advice. I was checking out the Wilwood kit = Wilwood 140-2723-B. Is anyone running these? Advice? Anyone know... could I still run stock 14 wheels? Any factory sway bar issue? What does the 1/2 studs change? What master cylinder and proportion value? Thanks,
