by the mirror location that door is a 68, not a 67. The 67 mirror was forward of the vent window not flush like 68-9. The upper door frame vent window attachment in 67 had a screw, in 68- it was recessed and used a colored plug where the 67 screw would be. Cant tell from these pictures though it...

This is how tight a std b-body untouched HP manifold fits.

You can use a standard HP manifold on right side, but it is different then the a-body 383/440 manifold. The A-body manifold has a bevel in it to clear the skirt and has a longer down leg. The B-body hp w/o milling just hits the skirt and is shorter where the head pipe bolts on by about 2 inches.

it won't the AFB base size is different. Th secondaries won't open as they hit the intake. You would have to grind around the holes on the intake carb flange, real thick gasket or use adapter. In 68-up the AVS/Holley are now the same.

yup, 67 were individual letters and 68-9 were a one piece script. I think I got shorted an xtra P though! (typo)

Just an FYI - i do believe 70 and 71 might be slightly different. 70 used a thumb wheel radio and 71 used a knob radio, if that makes a difference to you.

Cawley the 68 is also different from 67 and 69. 67 had an additional ridge running all the way across the top. (one year) 68 uses the lower pads that mate to the upper. The side legs are different. (one year) 69-up if your going to be capping or good original. Somewhere in the 70's they changed...

I have a 3853s w/A6 date - 66 273 4-spd. It still has the alum id tag on it. The throttle shafts are free without hardly any play. It would need to be rebuilt.

Hey Redfish, I have a IBM card for a 67 fastback with glove-box lock. It was standard on 'vert and optional code 509, for $3.95 on the others.

there is no "catch" on 67 it latches against the dash frame. Unless your talking about the lever that screws onto the lock cylinder? The glove-box door is different, opened hole for the lock cyl. The standard door can be drilled to accept a lock though. I think there are only a half dozen or so...

it is a very hard bracket to find. It is not re-popped. a later small block throttle bracket will work though not correct for the year. The cable is probably the same.

This is what the 67 Leece-Neville looks like. This one says it is a variable speed but it is actually a 2 speed (only 3 wires from motor to plug not 4). This one is advertised incorrectly...

actually in 67 there are three. If it looks like the one in the second picture(Leece-Neville) you need to count the wires coming off the motor. If it has 3 it is a 2 speed, if it has 4 it is a 3 or variable speed. both of those are post Jan'ish before it was a variable speed 2580915 and looks...
