    Stupid coffeemaker question....

Rob, As someone stated earlier.........Buy a Bunn. Believe me you will never regret the decision. We use them at work...In a railroad yard. With train crews constantly coming and going, the simple cheap model Bunn has performed flawlessly for years and years. On most days we go...

Looks like I'm relocating to Western New York

I reviewed NY Gun Laws (safe act) Since all my guns are considered sporting arms, there is virtually no difference in the laws between Pennsylvania (my current residence) and New York State. Now it is a different issue for handguns and/or those deemed to be assault weapons. Not a problem here...

Anyone recently Apply for a Home Mortgage?

Thank you for responding. PMI as I understand, applies if your down payment is less than 20% of the purchase price. We are trading equity from the sale of one home to another and the down payment is about 70% of the new homes price. With this amount down, I don't think PMI insurance applies...

Anyone recently Apply for a Home Mortgage?

If so, what kind of charges are being applied (closing costs) by the lender. I am applying through Wells Fargo and so far they will not provide an estimate of settlement charges. This makes me wonder. I'm concerned about getting blindsided after being deep into the game. Anyone who recently...

    I quit the restoration shop.

Dave, You better look into the RR Retirement a bit more. First off, RR Retirement pensions are paid by the government through the US Treasury. Secondly there is no such thing as collecting an early pension through RR Retirement other than a disability which you need 20 years...

I may need some advice. I am in the process of buying another home and need to make a decision on what to do with my present house. Plan A is to sell it but I am preparing for Plan B in the event it does not sell within a reasonable amount of time. In the event of plan B, how does one go...

Yes, The use of USPS Priority Mail includes $50.00 worth of insurance coverage and free tracking. You can purchase additional amounts if desired. As an example I recently sent 2 packages of trunk trim and rocker spears from Pennsylvania to California. I paid $3.30 for $200.00 insurance...

Great news, to bad this wasn't done 7 pages ago and before you sold your credibility out for a miserable $65.00. Good luck with future sales here, I think you are going to need it.

I'd be willing to bet that a message from paypal stating that 1968dodge received a $65.00 refund from ply30 would settle the matter and 1968dodge would be happy as a clam.
