They are designed for the 360/340 ports. I used felpro gaskets on mine and haven't had a problem. Can you feel where the leak is? Are you sure the emission ports were sealed up good? What did you do to seal them up?

Also most header companies recommend not using the headers for breakin's because that is usually the time you will find leaks and they don't warrantee them if the coating is ruined by an oil or antifreeze leak.

They say to break your engine in first (for new engines) before installing them to avoid any leaks or spills ruining the coating. I found out the hard way before they actually warned people.

The left one is probably steering box clearance and the passenger probably inner fender clearance

I'd use the studs because the end bolts go into the water jacket and require sealant

I used the cheap Hayden kit but I also have a 67 a body with a bit more room than you. I did end up using 90 degree fittings

I put mine in place before I dropped the motor in place and it was still a bear.

Find a mexican muffler shop. They will do it for a 3rd of that. I would bring my own X or H pipe though. We have a Vasquez and sons here and they beat pretty much everyone on everything and they don't mess around.

You may have to trim the front cylinder tubes. They seem too long which could explain them not lining up with the cylinder port

I used bolts in mine that I bought from auto zone. I had to use longer than average bolts because of the thick flanges

I added a remote oil filter relocating kit so I don't spill oil all over them when I go to change the oil

If the TTI's are small block I'd be interested in them
