I went to the Goodguys show in Des Moines over the 4th of July weekend, saw a lot of great cars and stumbled across a vendor selling finished bumpers and they had front and back for my vert at a great price. I picked them up and drove them home in a rented minivan....they ran from the front...

Thanks, I rebuilt the brakes and redid all of the suspension except leaf springs...they are still on the to do list. And I am still rolling on front drum brakes

Thanks, I got the rear quarter patch panels from Layson’s and the wheel well patch from classic industries. The quality was the same for both, both were good to deal with. I think classic industries shipping might have been a little less.

I must have been a good boy this year because Santa brought me new taillight assemblies from Laysons...lol Can't wait to see how they look!

Took a nice end of season ride with my wife and grabbed a couple of pics of the my 65

I took her out on the highway today and got her up to speed on a great fall day, it was nice to have that top, really comfortable ride!

I was worried she would look boxy with the top on, but she has a nice lean on the back window that gives a sporty look

I'm picking her up this afternoon, it will be the first time my vert has had a top since the late 70's, can't wait!

Update...after waiting since August I dropped my car off to have the top installed this week. Can't wait to get her back and not be so paranoid about rain every time I take her out!
