    Yes- the exhaust ports are lower than the earlier 318 and are a direct shot out. Sucks for header placement BUT they do flow better than other. There was a post earlier this month talking about this same topic.

    Why no dust cover?

    Nope! Only mechanics removed and did not put back that I know of. It’s the lower support on the manuals. The small cover for autos were removed by wrenches draining the converter and were just lazy not reinstalling it.
