    If I had the equipment to do so, I would buy one of their front end kits to use as a reference... then start making them up to sell to everyone. Has anyone thought of doing this? I am sure that you could make your money back very quick... not to mention all of the "new friends" you would...

    Take one of your connectors out to your car... put it under the car and use a jack and some stands to put it into place... it should be very easy to see if the floor will need to be cut. If you don't have a set of connectors... e-mail the manufacturer and ask them what is needed to install...

    What is the sense in doing that? Why not just weld them in and forget about using the bolts... once they are welded, the bolts will do nothing anyway.

    Don't know... never had a set of MOPAR brand frame connectors. But I would never use a "bolt in" set of frame connectors anyway... there is no way that it could be as strong as welding them in!

    They are very easy to install! Got mine last year. Just clean the bottom of the car with one of those scotch-brite drill pads... then you position them in place with jacks and tack in place. Using a series of welds until it is welded completely all around. Much easier than cutting your floors...

    Need to identify a particular K-member and Pitman

    After reading this thread, I have a question. I am going to pull the /6 and 9" drum K-member out of my 71 Demon. I want to replace it with the V8 and K-member with disc brakes out of a 75 Dart Sport. Can I use the manual steering setup that is on the current 71 K-member instead of the power...
