I have a Demon with power steering. The problem I'm having is the steering gearbox has a leak coming from the pressure return valve area. I replaced the two o rings. Reinstall still leaked... A little worse. Took it back apart. Dried the mating surfaces. Applied rtv... Let it dry overnight...

You could do the mod to the power steering pump and tailor it to how firm you want it....Sorry don't have the link, but I believe it was in Mopar Muscle at one time....

Hey I know there's an article on how to decrease the feeling of being overboosted in the power steering feel with shims in a pdf format, but my comp won't read it....Could someone give me pics or tell me where to put shims, and what kind of shim or a pic of it? Also how many to use and where to...
