Can you recommend me a mig welder?

A Miller, Lincoln, or Hobart 140 welder is all you will need for automotive work.

    Looking for a lift!!!

I am planning on buying a Bend Pak lift as well, but I'm gonna get the scissor lift. For what I do (primarily body work ) this makes the most sense. They are also great for wheel & brake work, oil changes, etc. http://www.bendpak.com/car-lifts/specialty-lifts/md-6xp.aspx

    Air compressors

5HP is not enough for blasting, it will get it done, but will work all the time. Better off to buy a 7.5HP motor for the comp you have.

    looking for a mig welder

If you are using it for automotive work, and not building bridges, a 110 unit is all you need. I have a Lincoln 140 and I love it, built my whole car with it.

    paint booth

One word of advise, don't skimp on the respirator. Any paint ( especially the clear) that is Catalized containes Isocyonates (causes cancer an other nasty stuff) have fun painting, but be safe.
