As Dusteriffic has stated, 72' and prior A-Bodies were SBP and the optional disc brakes were Kelsey Hayes system, do a search there is a ton of info on em.

Rebuild a chevy 350! :) They are another anti rattle device for the hold down hardware.They go around the caliper mount so the caliper dont rattle.I left mine in the bag/box.
