    16" is what I have for the Valiant, 5 of the Lincoln LSC 'turbine' rims. Still rides nice, great selection of tires, not too expensive, and doesn't look like a black rubber band stretched over a rim 14" are going the way of the dinosaur- heck, the only things that have them are the cheapest...

    Agreed- depends on the size and style of the rim...any rim that looks like it was styled after a "Salad Shooter" attachment and in the 20"+ size is gut-wrenchingly BAD

    That is a great example of "Doing what you can with what you've got." No shame it that, we all have done it and will continue to do it in a lot of instances! Like Lincoln LSC "Turbine" junkyard rims (16x7, center register openned 1/16") painted magnesium grey with 225/60 tires- fits the Valiant...

    That isn't a bad deal- I've seen full sets with caps (that didnt look all that much cleaner) going for $250. I gave my buddy the last spare set I had for his '69 V-200 (we horse trade alot, so...) and I have a set that are body color on my '85 AHB. Not real easy to find anymore
