    Plymouth UTE 1964-65

64- I'd peeve you off. I'd convert it to LHD as well. It's not to be an ***, it's due to safety. My dad was in the military and I have driven in LH and RH drive countries, as well as having Brit and Aussie neighbors who dealt with it- the novelty wears off quick and the "*** pucker" factor can...

    Anyone here use Layson's Restorations?

He has a rep for taking money for parts that are on order/in transit/ et cetera...then it takes forever to get your parts. Know a guy who gave him a set of NOS tail lights (for a '66 Valiant) to re-pop, and when the task was done, Rick gave the guy back a set of the re-pops and kept the NOS ones...

    What's the best Red for a '65 Barracuda ?

I had a Lancia Volumex in "Rosso Corsa" red. I had a modified 944 that was "Guards" red- like the Lancia/Ferrari red better. You can look it up via Bing or Wikipedia

How can I trace my '66 Barracuda's history?

1st "Non-family" member to own my Valiant. Was bought new in 1969 by a buddy's high school friend's grandmother (from Northwest Chrysler Plymouth) who inherited it when grandma died. Then I got it, nearly 40 years and 87K miles later.

drew a blank - keys please?????

Jesler's key in Ohio might just have factory key blanks. I believe they are in the Cleveland area, but don't quote me on that

    L e d s tail lights on my 64

I don't know about the bulbs, but I do know that some of the LED boards work very well in transportation applications (look at all the semi taillights, Audi's, Cadillac, et cetera). I'll also side w/Dan- be careful and choose wisely.
