    Solid Engine Mounts, 408 in a 71 Dart..thoughts?

Running a fairly radical 408 with lots of cam in 71 Dart. Currently have regular engine mounts with torque strap. Problem is the engine shakes around a lot and the header clearance is very, very tight. Shiny new ceramic TTI's, and I don't want to chew them up. I have a set of Moroso solid mounts...

I am considering building a 408 to run on E85. Could not find too much on this forum, unless I searched wrong. Would like to go with 12 to 1 on the compression??? The engine will have forged crank and H beams, aluminum heads flowing in the 300 cfm range. I have read lots on the fuel system...

    Street\Strip 408..Boiling it all down

AdamR, I was sortof pondering 235-240 @.050 with around .530-.550 solid. I understand the flat mechanical will give me a little faster opening. Vacuum not a problem no pb.
