I'm thinking about doing mine in semi-gloss black. It might go real well with the Batmobile look I got going on. I'd probably have to lose the trim rings, though. I don't want to paint them, they're in too good of condition.

I used to have 215's on the front of my car with no rubbing issues. Now I'm running a 195 65 R14. I just put a pair of 225 70 R14's on the back (today) on 5.5" rallye rims. They look pretty good, but now I'm thinking I should have gone with 235's...

I paid $400 (CDN) for my small bolt ralleys, centres and trim rings about 10 years ago. They were an 8 out of 10 at the time. Now they're probably a 7 out of 10, and if I was selling them (which I'm not) I would be looking for about $500 (CDN).

You'll regret putting polyglass tires on it if you have to swerve in a panic situation.

Here's an old pic of my car with 215 75 R14 tires all the way around. I have tons of room in the back; I'm going to be putting 235's or even 245's on the back this summer. The front now has 195 65 R14.
