    Would everyone be against using Mustang II disc brakes?

    As Ford built them, Mustangs were 4 lug from '74 to '93, except for the SVO. But there are aftermarket kits based on the '74 to '78 (Pinto) front end available in probably any pattern one could want. Whatever keeps the cars on the road. I'd rather see a ratty Mopar driving to work with Toyota...

    If it took an inn ordinate amount of pressure to retract the caliper pistons, then you might need to rebuild the calipers. I just had this exact issue with my Jeep. A set of rebuilt calipers solved the issue. But in my case it was glaringly obvious that there was a problem, as the pistons did...

    Has anybody seen this "conversion"?

    At least one person on this site has it, and as I recall, the feedback was good. I think it uses readily available GM calipers and such to keep costs down.
