I think they used that module from 96-00 Mine are from an 03 which did not use that module to lock the belts. They just rely on inertia to lock the belts. You do lose the pretensioners that work with airbags, but with no airbags its not an issue. :) I like the Sebring seats so much I bought...

Here's an illustration from the service manual. One thing not pictured is the fuel filler tube. It has a different bend so the security panel will lay flat.

I'm using the stock switches for both. I was a little concerned about the strenght of the plastic in that area, so I cut some of the metal for that area from an old gauge cluster to add support. I also had to trim the dash slightly because of the rings on the back of the speedo and tach.

No powder coat, just the way the plastic was made to look. Since the gauges are all electric I had to do some tweaking, but it just goes with the territory since I am installing a 5.7 hemi from an 05 truck using the factory computer. I am pretty much rewiring and making improvements wherever...
