There is a shop in Scott City, Musclecar Station (I know it's not too close to Topeka, but may be worth looking into.). I don't know much about th eowner, but Nick, who works there is building a BADASS 63 Dodge AFX car... His fab skills are pretty impressive. I know they do great work.

I traded for this car 6 months ago or so... It was a Dart GT 273 4 speed, it will have a 360 tunnel ram dual quads and 4 speed. I will try to find some pics of what I started with... I am a B-Body guy at heart, but this little car is gonna be fun.
