    Oil filter stuck on 318.

Did this trick on a new firebird back in 1979. Filter must have been put on dry at the factory. Had a long handle adjustable wrench. The ends of the handles fit in the oil holes. Used a short breaker bar between the legs to twist it off. Good luck.

    Fuel Gauge Problem

Quality Control standards for these off shore units is if it reads Full when the float arm is in the full position and Empty in the empty position, it's good to go. Doesn't matter what happens in between. That would take time and time = $$$. So, you can get lucky and get a good one or not.

duster will not start after storage

ECU gone bad maybe?? Check for a good clean ground to it, also. Posted before, but deserves restating. Winter can play havoc on grounds, connections, etc. A peek under the dist cap would be in order.

    Points to Electronic

From what I have heard, the dizzy you get in the package from Mancini's is set up more towards racing - not street. The air gap on the reluctor is .008" using a non-metallic feeler gauge. And as it was stated before - GOOD GROUNDING.
