    I went with a 700 cfm Holley double pump on my similar 340 engine. A 650 cfm would be ok for your combination and a vaccum secondary should be fine with that cam, this will give you a bit more fuel economy. But if power is what you are after I found the 700 cfm double pump the right carb...
