How many QTS does it take to fill a 904. I pre filled the converter with a QT but just am not sure how much to fill it with. Also do you check the fluid in neutral or park? I am not an auto guy I have 4 cars and this is the only auto. So this all new to me.

I bought that dart yesterday. 318 and a auto should be a 904 I would think because it doesnt have an 8 3/4 . So how do I ID the tranny for a 904 or a 727 . Also how do I ID the rear. I know its not an 8 3/4 so help me out.

you are good for synthetic oil now. My builder said after 300 or 400 miles your good for a synthetic.

hate to sound like a smart *** but through a set of green bearings on it and be done with the end play then there is no guess work. Makes for quick shange as well if you want to swap center sections.
