    Thanks everyone I am going to check the fan size and radiator itself. I do want to keep it the original black four core look but am not opposed to a black aluminum replacement if someone makes one. Not boiling over. The cap is new I'm not sure what the number is.

    That's probably the way I'll go. WIll do it in the springtime. BTW your Duster is reallllllllly nice! I had a 72 Demon 340 which I loved. Back then we never ordered the cars with factory a/c because of the weight and power loss. With a black interior it got pretty hot in the summers.
