i don't think the 2" outlet at the manifold will make much difference as it is just for a very small distance. on my 41 plymee , /6 i ran 2 1/4 right off the manifold, and all the way back. i have no complaints. currently in the process of splitting the manifold, and will be running dual 2 1/4...
