    I lowered mine with two inch blocks in the rear and turned down the torsion bars in the front. The local parts stores sell the blocks with bolts in kits but I never found a kit with the correct u bolts.     It doent take much to knock the car out of alignment and parts can get bent so slightly that u cant really tell by lookin at them. Changes as little as 1/16 of an inch can cause problems and it is easy to go far beyond that. I agree u should throw as much at it as u can and if it is still not...

    Dropping the rear of my 64, what to use.

    maybe i did not look hard enough, but i could not find the drop blocks that fit the small 7 1/4 rear. the 8 3/4 u bolts and plates are larger and i found a pair of blocks at every local parts store. now i am starting to like the idea of the sliders. will that give less wheel hop?
