    wiper/headlight knob removal?

The headlight knob is part of the switch shaft. There is a button on the switch itself you push and hold in while you pull the shaft out. The wiper is either a push on knob or there is a set screw. The washer you mention is a nut that you turn out to remove.

    Removing console and Instrument panel?

If it's an automatic, there is a set screw to loosen to enable you to remove the shift knob. The push button unscrews then the knob.

    What type of plastic?

If you can find the letters ABS somewhere on the back you can use plumbing solvent cement. Don't use it if there is no ABS. I don't know what type of plastic it is. Sorry.

Accessing Radio Connection In a 1969 Valiant

If I'm not mistaken this all can be done from under the dash. I have never removed the dash panel to get e radio or speaker out. There is a brace holding the rear of the radio to the underside of the dash and I believe the speaker is held in place with nuts on the underside of the top of the dash.

    Fixing woodgrain

Way back in the mid '60's I used peel and stick wood grain vinyl on my '63 Valiant dash. To be honest it did shrink from the summer heat. Looked great when finished though.

Getting oil out of cloth seats

To do it properly I would remove the cover and use a lot of detergent and water on the cover. The seat foam has probably soaked up a fair amount of the oil too. Unless someone has a better idea, ( I hope), I would try to get as much out by blotting with paper towels. Press down hard and change...

    removing head rests

I think you have to raise the head rest up all the way and remove the screws from the base that is on the seat. You have to use a stubby screwdriver. Then the whole thing will come out. If I remember right there is one hidden notch in the posts that the flat spring can't get past until the bases...

    1971 Demon Insturment Cluster Question.

That is probably a noise suppression capacitor for the radio.

    1971 Demon Insturment Cluster Question.

I don't think that is the voltage limiter. The limiter is a rectangular metal part with 3 push in blades as I saw on my '68 'cuda.

    Bulb under the dash..

It is most likely the ashtray light and should mount into some kind of fitting above the open ashtray.

    Help identifying part??

That attaches to the glove box lid to keep it level when open. There is a screw hole on the right side of the open lid and one on the right side of the opening when the lid is open.

Windex and paper towels. Use one paper towel to get the crap off and another right away to dry the window. No streaks!
