It looks like it's restorable and not too rusty. I had one exactly like it years ago. I pulled the 273 and plopped in a 318 I had lying around then drove it for 3 years. Best to you.

I don't think any 273 is worth much. Most of em are junk. On the other hand they do run on regular so it may be worth rebuilding.
