    Well; If you have it in dead nuts-how can you tell?If you are just welding in the hump,just make the top level and fit the hump to the floor.If you are welding in a complete tunnel with the hump,it has to fit the firewall and the driveshaft hump.It really isn't rocket science,I have welded quite...

    OD's drive nice in three gears,just like a regular three speed,and od is definately an overdrive. Rear gears and tires make quite a difference,you will probably want to experiment.I would buy the hump,and if you need more metal,let me know,I have a bunch.

    Rare? Guess it depends on how you look at it.cast iron ones are more rigid/stronger so they are more desirable.I don't know the production numbers on them but I have seen quite a few of them.

    Oh yeah, It has been done.I just wanted to see an original big block OD bellhousing.Read all the posts on this merge and talk to everyone on here that has personally made this work.But beware of too much torque with a big block and OD trans.Good Luck-let us know how it works.
