If you want to save the glass cut the gaskets out with a razor knife. The gaskets are cheaper than the glass and the glass will be easier to re install with new gaskets.

These cars usually had runs in the paint from the factory under the hood. Plus any paint imperfections under the hood usually go un noticed once all the hoses and wiring are installed.

I'd like to see someone put a 69 Barracuda nose and grill in a 73-76 Dart. Looks do able with a little massaging on the fronts of the fenders, the hoods are the same between both cars.

The body lines are different so it's not a bolt on deal, and it would be tough to do with mis match in the body lines.

The glass changed sometime in 74, it's the same size and shape but how it mounts to the regulator is different. At most I'd think regulator changed a little bit but the basic shell is pretty much the same.

You can keep the doors you have now if you don't mind not having the vent window, all the body lines will line up between the '73 parts and the '70-'72 parts. To do what you are planning to do you'll need all the bolt on sheetmetal parts from the cowl forward.

I have a 74 duster front clip on my 72 dart and everything was a straight bolt on deal except for one bolt on each fender on the core support.

The only major difference on the firewall will be with A/C or non A/C, cowls are all the same. 4 doors have the same cowl and firewall as a 2 door and all A bodies from 67-76 will be compatible.

The front section will be the same but the rear foot well area is going to come up short.

Go to a U-pull it junkyard with a cordless sawzall and cut the trunk floor out of a newer car if you can find on with a similar shaped floor.

At that price I'm assuming you have a quarter panel skin and not a factory style replacement quarter panel. The quarter skin is trim to fit while the factory replacement style you drill the spot welds and mount as the factory did during assembly.

The factory seat belt mount should be under the carpet right about where the end of the bottle is, no need to drill any holes in the B pillar.
