Will This Run In The 15s ?

There's only one way to find out for sure. I've run in the high 14's with similar running gear in a 3100# car with smaller tires, getting it off the line will be the difference between an e.t. in the 15's vs in the 17's. That car should easily run in the low 15's

    Intake plenum divider modifications.....

What was the reasoning behind the 3 barrel carb? was it just a gimmick or did it have a performance gain over an equivalent sized 4 barrel carb?

On this episode of Pass Time...

Hopefully he'll drive around the water and skip the burnout. Wet street tires don't really hook that good and doing a burnout on street tires isn't going to make them stick any better.

Header flange to round pipe interface

I built a header for a /6 using an old set of headers off a v8 using the tubes and various bends as needed. I used a piece of thick wall 1 1/4 square tube as a die to hammer the tube into a square shape for the flange end, I suppose you could use a piece of hardwood to hammer into the tube to...

    13's, stock '71 318 short block.

I would say you should be pretty close to 13s or atleast low 14s with that combo. I had a 74 swinger w/stock block, heads with bolt ons similar to rumblefish would run 14.7s on street tires, 2.71 open rear, stock converter and weighed 3150# it was a dog off the line but it pulled pretty good til...
