It was match ported - On the street it behaves much better than expected from reading the spec sheet Plenty of useable torque from low revs. I would def recommend using it with the right combination

the heads are red cos red goes faster Ported Js with 2.02/1.60 valves Engine was built late 90s and sat on stand since then so some specs long forgotten

I understand that on lower comp N/A engines gains are minimal but can be pretty decent on higher comp. I'm am going to run the snow performance setup on my 12.5 to 1 360 soon and see what it does. If it means I can run pump gas it will more than pay for itself very quickly.

So what mechanical do you all use/recommend I'm going thru the same thing atm with my 80/20 street/strip 360

Thanks for the advice guys. The holley carb selector says anything from 750 to 870 cfm. Will give it a go worse that can happen is that I take it off and get another carb anyhow?
