Iv had that problem before. Try taking a pic with your phone camera and post it here for a test see if it works. I know sometimes if you saved the picture or transfered it to your phone it changes something. It's happened to me too.

It does if you start from the sale post. For example go to the original post and click the seller then click the leave feedback and it will automatically fill the url. I have done it several times it works good. It doesnt if you do it from the PM page you have to be in the original sale post.
