This is the difference from a 71 and a 75. The 75 has the seat belt and egr light the 71 don't I believe the seat belt light was added in 72 and the egr was added in 74.

Lift you can measure with a mic. Measure the the diameter of the round side then the lobe and subtract the two then multiply by rocker ratio. A stock sbm is 1.5

Imo and some may disagree but I think your best bet would be to get some luniti microtrol hyd lifters and a luniti voodoo 700 or 701 cam. Or talk talk to Oregon and see if your cam can be reground. Any of the solid camshafts are gonna be expensive and hard to get.

So your running an la cam in a magnum block? That seems like a downgrade going from roller lifers to flat tappets. The cam will fit. Are you using an electric fuel pump or manual? If manual you need an la cover to run the essentric for the pump Everything else is the same. The essentic can be...

You shouldn't have to. Just use a 904 slip yoke and the parts i listed and check for the length it will work. I have to shorten mine 2 inches. Its (~was~) a slant six car 1975 year now its a 360 with a 904 and 8.8. The 8.8 case is longer than the 7.25 that's why its gonna have to be shortened...

If that's the case then what i said will work perfectly. Mine is a 7260 and the 319 u joint couples a 7260 with a 1310

There is two different sizes for the Flange Yoke(maybe more but 2 that i found) I went with the 1310 so with the conversion joint the one end fits the Chrysler driveshaft the other fits the 1310 Yoke. However I didn't think about it but do 65 driveshafts have a different joint size than later years?

With the 8.8 he has to have a conversion joint.
