stupid question but is all three years the same length? right? I can’t believe with all the big blocks A bodies I have had. The closest dip stick I have is 22 or under. Just went through 50 dip stick zero at 20 inches. Amazing! I do have an aftermarket one. But does anyone have an original one...

The very early M code cars came with the full vin. I run the 440 M code Cuda registry and I have some of the 440 M code Dart list.

I think this is what you have to do on the driver side from what I have seen. I am sure someone that did this will jump in take out that spacer you have cut the K frame, red square

And on another note in 69 M codes (Darts I bereave only) not all had the m in the vin, a few had the option code on the venter tag for the 440.

These are not Mr Norm cars these are Chrysler GTS 440 cars made by Hurst with wheel well headers only 6 made.

1968 a body shifter were inland and hurst shifters. They started out with Inland and then on January 2 1968 they went to hurst shifters. The hurst console shifter was also the same for 69. The 68 hurst none console shifter is only a half year only handle. But will work in other years. The 69 to...

67 383 Dart and Barracuda's used 892 and 893 bars they were fine.

The 383 and 440 mounts are different. 383 use the bosses on the front of the engine. The 440 uses the oil pump bosses. If you drill straight you should be ok.

Okay that's a good thing better than making one.

yes its close to the 383 mount, its bent out instead of forward the motor and angle iron welded on it to go to the oil pump notches and those are drilled and taped.
