I didn't know the hole is now optional, when I got these there was no option for the hole... I can't see why I couldn't drill it. But it would be good to hear if anyone has ever done it.

The Wilwood is not the drag set... These have the intern drum parking brake which makes everything really tight to get into.

I have a set of axels with no socket hole in them. Well I'm trying to install my new Wilwood setup and it's so tight I can get the nuts on since The axels don't have a socket hole. Can I drill one in myself? Any thoughts.

I am putting together (2) 8.75 rear ends in the coming few days and I am debating whether or not to use the gasket under the center section on them. The last one I did years ago in my drag car we did not use it. We simple used Permatex Black and no gasket…. What is everyone doing nowadays...

I did in my demon street strip car and loved it. It put it at the perfect height and distance when strapped into the car for racing or when just cruising around. It worked great. Go for it! Its actually one of the few things I saved out the car for a future build.

I'm looking at Viper Gen 3 engine and trans combo, but I do not need the transmission which is a T56 tranny. So I am thinking of deducting a price for the trans if they seller would just keep it. If not as to what i could possibly sell it for since I won't need it at all.
