Half way down is a example of what I've done. I use restolem 500 deg gloss black engine paint. Let sit for 5 hours then take a razor blade to the top of the lettering and finish the top off with 1000 grit sand paper.
I see AMD has new chromed bumpers that will work for my 68 valiant. $530 for the pair shipped to my door from a ebay vender. I wondering if anyone has used them before and if so how was the quality and chrome finish? How has the chrome held up?
Im looking for a shop to rechrome my front and rear bumpers for the Valiant. Something local here in washington state or Oregon. Any recommendations would be greatly apprediated.
I'm looking at doing a little patch repair on the inner fenders and a few spots on the top were the fender bolts to it and was wondering if anyone could tell me what gauge of steel I need since I don't have a gauge tool (yet) and my car is at a friends house.
