Not sure if your new washers worked but my direct drilled cragers take a offset washer (not unilug ) There are pics in the direct drilled Crager thread. I wonder if the washer is getting wedged between the narrow part of the spoke.

There is another thread in here about Crager SS wheels pics are in that one. They are big bolt pattern direct drilled.

Yep cancelled!! I have close to the last set made. I got mine and a month later my friend tried and they had been discontinued sadly.

I just looked and everything summit offers for direct drill has conical lugs. I also looked up my paypal statement and verified it was summit I ordered them from. They don’t offer a 15x4.5 width anymore so maybe that has something to with it. Anyway pictures will clear up any confusion Sunday...

Mine has washers and uses a shank lug. I can promise you they are not unilug!!

Also this 4.5 width has been discontinued, sadly!

I can take one for you on Sunday evening. I have a 15x4.5 width and a 4.5 bolt pattern. If you get the direct drilled you need the offset washers to fit between the spokes. Crager makes those also.
