well i run a stock type pump and fan with shroud and may car ran 180 or less everytime on the road or back to back at the track .went to pump drive and elect. fan and car was a litlle hotter and didnt see alot of gain et/mhp wise but could cool it down between runs but could not go back to back...

well just got back to work good and want to get the rest of the parts for the old duster .Where can I get a good set of moly rings for my 340 on a budget?1/16 ..I need to get the rings and gasket set and timing ten and put the old car back togeather oh and a new cam and lifter set....

okay lets say you plan to put you motor back together would you buy the best rings,bearings or piut what was in the motor when the machins shop build it?????? its a nice little street motor not hi horsepower at all......you just want to get it back in and ready to drive on to the next...

I have a freind that called and asked if I want the motor out of his truck(blow up) says its a 5.2 liter v8 I asked was it a 360 or 318 he said 318 but I thought that 5.2 would be a 360...anybody have a idea.....my get this motor for the roller setup

yea this motor has been something ..I paid alot of cash to have it done then found out that it is not any where close to what it should be ............so thats why I'm in the progress of checking thing myself.....shop said that heads where 55 cc then I cc them 68 cc so thats what got me looking...

yea I thought about selling my 727 and going to a nice 904 but I hate to do that cause my trans and verta are almost new........I heard alot about the ultra flows and that will be whats on the car being that I do drive it a little...about how much would a low gear set cost??????

my dist. is locked out (tack weld in place) and we have tried it in diff. stages but just didnt have a change...but as I said before I have never tried it above 1500or2000 so that may as well be most of the problem......I'm glade that you guys stated that and I plan to try it once I put it back...

yea thats right on with the power band of the cam I just never thought about it that way....I always thought that if I could leave with less it was less likely to spin.. I never tried it above 1500 or from dead stand still....yea the tires they worked great with the gears I could run 1/4 mile...

yea I wanted to do a stroker a for a while but you get so many miss answers on them some make good power some dont. most just talk about the tq thats made and I think some time the power that some make with strokers you can make with stock parts....but I do alot of reading so maybe I need real...
