Make sure you do this. I had the wrong joint on and it was actually hitting the yoke causing a terrible vibration.

is it possible to pull it with out pulling the motor out? How difficult a job is it to get the flywhell off?

I need to pull my trans and put a new clutch in. I would like this to be the last time I have to do it for a while. I have a 340 4 speed. How do you determine if the fly wheel needs to be replaced? How often when replacing the clutch would you need to replace the flywheel?

In my case...my new drive shaft may still need to be balanced on a machine capable of higher rpms but with the pinion nose up 4 degrees its still gonna cause me problems.

Vibrates while coasting at 60 and above? Mine is directly speed related since it vibrates while idling at 800 and rolling in neutral at 60 mph.

Going through the exact same issue as you. I have made the same changes to my springs and have tried all the same solutions that you have as well. Have you tried throwing it into neutral at the speed it vibrates and just coasting? Does it still vibrate while coasting until you get back below 60...

If you are laying under the car its smash your fingers heavy. i would guestimate around 75 lbs

Thanks folks for all the helpful info. The vibration I get is at lower RPMs at cruising speed in 4th gear. At higher rpms in lower gears I dont notice it.
