    Thanks for the info. Not sure what’s going on with it Sunday drove about 100 miles and after sitting over night there was oil on the floor it was coming from the pinion seal. Dryed everything of took it for a short drive it sat over night and no leak !

    2:5 TTI exhaust Dynomax super turbo mufflers at 60 turning 2900 rpms it seems like it’s turning more and it’s loud lol.

    Thanks for the info. So turning 2600 rpm at 60 mph verses 2900 rpm would probably be better? Speed limit here is 50_60 mph not sure if it’s worth the bother.

    Have a 1969 Dart Swinger 340-4speed 11.1 compression hydraulic cam .510 lift 245/60/14 tires 3:55 gears. 2900 rpms at 60 mph mostly highway driving. Would there be much difference in rpms and gas mileage going to 3:23 gears at 60 mph? Any info would be appreciated thanks.

    Think there are 323s in there now. I new I need a lower number just had the wording wrong. Do you think 278s would lower the rpm much?

    Have a 1973 Dart Swinger. What is the lowest gears you can get for the rear end? Looking to lower the rpms at highway speed.

    Thanks for the info. It is a 318 2 barrel going to a 4 barrel and its the info on the kickdown I am looking for. I had a 1973 Dart Swinger years ago and had problems with the transmission when I did this. Did a lot of racing with the car back then but don’t plan on racing this one.

    Have a 1973 Dart Swinger 318,Auto. Thinking about putting an intake of a 340 on it. What do I have to do to make sure it is set up right for the transmission? I know the transmission is not as strong as what would be on a 340.
