The factory setup does have the water pump pulley close to the bolts. The crank pulley is a 2 groove. The second groove is for just the crank to ps pump. Most alternators seem to have the double pulley put on by the reman company to fit as many applications as possible. I have a matched set I...

Consider using regular nuts on the gauge. Gives alot more surface area on the threads. I also wire wheeled the threads, and mine worked. I think some kind of corrrosion on the threads.

I think that's a 70 up radiator. 69 down has the round top.

This is what I did. I wouldn't trust those push clips. They have been known to fail, having the hinge come off the pin, doing damage in the process.

Try advancing your timing if you're trying to eliminate a bog. Can also work with the cam for the accelerator pump. .037 and .040 are very large for a 600.
