Just to give an update I picked up a set of SBP rally wheels 14” by 5.5 and I have the clearance now so problem solved now I will be putting the steelies which are SBP 14”by 5.5 up for sale on the FABO plus the fancy hub caps that I was going to use. Thanks for everybody’s input. Pat

Not even the spindles or the rotors can be used or the backing plate? I would have to start from scratch? Pat

It was a kit i got off of EBay my steel wheels are small bolt pattern they are 14 by 5.5 wide so the back space must not be enough it rubs on the inside of the rim along the front of the caliper. I read the install directions in small print at the bottom it says might not fit with some steel...

hey all I did a disc brake swap bought the whole kit installed it on the car but had no idea that it wouldn't work with 14" SBP steel wheels it is the 73 up disc set up. I did the same swap on my 67 Barracuda but used 15" wheels. I started reading through the posts today after i figured out that...
