    What Happened to Showtime Wheels

I don't know what happened to them but I have a set of their wheels and would like to have get a couple of spares. My understanding is they were originally from Australia and were marketed in the U.S by various companies. I purchased mine 2014 and they sort of disappeared not long after. They...

    17" street tire recommendations

The fronts are 7" wide and I believe they are 4.5" back spacing. Small bolt wheels as well, I think the big bolt conversion that you may have moves the wheels out about 1/4", should give you more clearance. Are you running an 8" wide wheel?

    17" street tire recommendations

I run 225/45/17s on the front of my 66 Cuda with a Helwig bar, no rubbing at all. 245/45/17s on the back and no rubbing there either.

    15" X 7" Rear Wheel on a 65 Valiant ?

I think your going to find about 4 1/2" back space is what you need.

    255/60-15" on a 65 Valiant ?

I have tried this with 15X7 wheels, most have a 4.25 back space, and they rubbed on the outside. If your car is higher than stock in the rear and you have a bit more back space you might get it but I doubt it.

(65 Barracuda)What is the largest 15" rear tire I can run without tubs/rubbing?

No I never tried a 70 series. I will add that on two cars that were lowered the rear end ( 8 3/4") seemed to be offset to the left side about a 1/4" and with someone in the back seat I did get a small amount of rubbing on right turns, not bad though and it didn't do it without some one in the...

(65 Barracuda)What is the largest 15" rear tire I can run without tubs/rubbing?

I have run 245/60/15s on 15X7 wheels with a 4.5" backspace on a few 65 and 66 Barracudas with out any issues, 255/60/15s were just a bit to wide and would rub if the ride height was low in the rear.

    Wheels for 66 barracuda

I have run 15x7 rear wheels with 245/60 tires on a lowered 66 Cuda, no rubbing unless more than 2 people in the car. I currently have 17x8 rears with 245/45/17s with a custom offset, a bit of rubbing on the outside if cornering hard on the track but not under normal driving conditions. The...
