    Copper brake hose washers

Yes, I have to go to the store. I'm not sure how they work the items in the drawer but the local NAPA has items in those drawers that don't appear on the website.

    Copper brake hose washers

Do you have a NAPA near you? The local napa has a blue drawer with a pretty vast assortment of copper washers. That is where I got the ones for my hoses.

Utilizing the Mustang rotors is as simple as it sounds. Just machine the rotors as outlined in the thread, add the proper bearings, seals and stick 'em on.

    Left side lugnut studs

LH lugs weren't only on Mopars. Pre 65 Buick, Olds, and Pontiac had 'em too. Studebaker until 62, I think. Rolls and Bently too. Plus a few others that don't come to mind right now.

have you ever seen this kind of drum

That was the OEM style for the A-body Mopar rear brakes on the 8-3/4 axles. Don't know why they made them look like Darth Vader though.....

Frame connectors on the A body, how are you guys running your parking brake cable?

Drilled holes and welded in thin wall pipe like SPL440 did.

    Help me stop!

I put the Scarebird setup on a freinds early Barracuda and it would lock up wheels easily and about squeeze your guts out against the seatbelt. You've got something amiss because I would definitely do the Scarebird on my cars if I hadn't already done the 73 & up on one and the K/H on the other...

    '64 Barracuda Master Cylinder.

I had a similar issue. Went through three of the rebuilt units before I wised up. The lifetime warranty means nothing if they won't last, especially with brakes. I finally took an old core I had laying around and ran a brake cylinder hone in it. With a rebuild kit from NAPA it has held up...

Early A rear brake tear down question

The end of the spring is shaped like a hook and it goes through a loop made into the square tab. They can be a real test of patience to remove. The pin punch they are suggesting has to be the correct diameter so that it can push only about the last coil of the spring. I used to have a favorite...

F,M,J Body Brakes fit on an A-Body?

There are a lot of folks who will tell you the modified angles that result from FMJ swap will cause bumpsteer and other problems. I have done two FMJ swaps, one on an early A and one on 70 and both worked out well with no negative issues.

    10" Brake Hardware

Oops, I sound like an idiot here... I meant shoes from retracting all the way...

new front disk brakes lock up.....

Yes, I'd agree with above. It sounds like you got a master cylinder with the residual pressure valve for drum brakes. They are designed to hold pressure in the line and prevent the drums from collapsing the full distance. Disc bakes require no residual pressure.
