    High school "Daily" Driver

Thanks for the photos and story. I love to see young people driving and working on old cars. A few weeks ago I saw a 60 Rambler and discovered it is a high school student's daily driver. Made my day!

64 Plymouth Barracuda new switch yet headlights still won't come on

Poke the probe for your test light or volt meter onto the backside of the dimmer switch connector of the light green wire with the headlight switch on. If you have no power there probe the headlight switch at the terminal with the light green wire (H terminal). If there is power at the dimmer...

    Passon 5-speed

Information regarding current production status, how many units have shipped, current price etc. seems to be pretty closely held. I would recommend calling Passon and talking directly to Jamie. This link to Moparts site seems to have the most info. and discussion..... New Passon Performance 5...

    Diy paint/high school budget

This is not my recommendation, but a friend painted his Karman Ghia with Rustoleum and a paint roller. It came out looking good. I think he might be able to beat anyone in an arm wrestling competition after all of the sanding but it looks nice. He did his one panel at a time too. He started...

    4bt 72 Dart

Wow, you are taking on a serious challenge! That engine weighs 782 with oil, filter etc, the tranny is a solid 200 and the weight of the heavy bell and clutch your lookin' at close to 1200 lbs on the front of that car. Then the height challenge.....as Rusty mentioned it is tall. 35+ inches...

Hi Ulf, Congrats on both shows! Your car is beyond amazing. I sure wish I could have seen it in real life and had the chance to meet you. Did the Mopar Muscle Magazine or Mopar Action magazine guys stop by to get a story? Thanks for providing a sample of the NOS windshield strip to James at...

    1965 Dodge Dart Charger

The door handle looks perfect according to what I remember. The top tip just at the chrome. I believe the window cranks were installed so that when the window was in the full up position they were almost straight up but not quit, so that any jiggling or the weight of the handle would cause...

    1965 Dodge Dart Charger

I think PAL is a registered trade name along with Tinnerman. There used to be a guy that sold auto body supplies that came by my shop every so often and he had a huge cabinet of those items in his truck. If I remember correctly it said Precision Specialties at the top and then all of the...

    1965 Dodge Dart Charger

I think I would put it in as is. Even though the car would not have come off the line that way it would be a shame to modify that battery. The story could always be that the car came with a defective battery and the dealer had to install that as a replacement on arrival:-)
