My 273 had dual exhaust from the manifolds back. Went with 2 1/4 pipe to 2 flowmasters with rectangle tips out the back. Sounded good and helped with performance over single exhaust. You are limited to flow due to the pinch in drivers manifold but it's enough for your displacement.

Do you see how high the *** end of that car is hiked up? That's the reason it fits. If the shock collars were lowered down I guarantee the rear end housing would smack the exhaust pipes for sure.

Borla makes a real nice sounding muffler that only really let's you know it when you are on the pan. I'm thinking about running a set on my convertible because I'm getting old and the resonance on my flowmasters can get annoying.

I saw the new set at the goodguys show and they assured me they will fit 63-66 A bodies with and without power steering. They look real nice and by the looks of them I'm almost positive they will fit.

The D450 will work with all combos except I believe 727. I'm literally going out to my garage to stab the motor back in my 65 dart in the next 20 min. 360 with 904 but I'm going to run it in from the bottom with tranny hooked up then mate it to the K member. I'd hit up a reputable exhaust shop in your area and ask them if they can recommend somebody. At least its a start?

They are all expensive. Just bought a decent coated set for 700. Was putting them in yesterday and all the slip joints were seized. Was a royal pain getting them separated.

Yea curious the fit and price. I'll be following. I've meant to stop by their facility in sanfrancisco but always forget to. Maybe I'll check them out in the near future.

I run 40's and they are loud but not obnoxious. If you are one that likes the mellow tone go 3 chamber. Ill post video of mine soon so you get the idea.

Hooker makes a set that are not fender well that will work but they are a ***** to install. The driver side is 2 piece that goes under the engine mount. I did a set years ago they were 700-800 bucks.

The stock manifolds are so restrictive on the drivers side they choke those motors out bad. I was running on those manifolds for years because of the high price and pain in the *** to install of the headers.

Summit in Reno had a set on the floor when I was there. They were hookers jet coated. They are pricey because of the steering box location. Think they wanted 450 for them. I was going to buy them but I ended up changing my front suspension to Alter-K-tion and didn't need them anymore
