Your diagram with the yellow dots (wire) is the ground wire on my car. Someone has bypassed the switch and connected that wire to ground. I will remove that ground wire and connect it to the clutch switch. Thanks to you and others that responded for the help

OK, Run a wire from the saftey switch to the relay then to the starter? There is only 1 wire co ing from the safety switch. Sorry I don't get along with wiring very well but I can do it once I fully understand.
