fenderwell headers... just need a bit smaller tire.. Im running 4" fronts but it seems like these tires bubble out a bit and seem like I could get a little smaller

well quick question, Im currently running some 165 r15 86t in the front of my dart and I need to go a bit smaller due to fittment issues.. But I dont want to go to terribly small were it eats potholes and looks like a low-pro tire on 20"s So can I knock it down a little bit? tire size...

I have a set of mt street radials and I love em... its a mild 44 build on my dart w/391 and posi and all the good stuff and with street tires It will do a 40mph rolling burnout but w/my mt on the street or at the track it wont even chirp the tires....and they have held up great on the street and...

well you can read my thread below on my tire size/same problem... Most say get rid of the headers but I wont be doing that as long as i own it.... Im gonna run 14" rims for the street probly and the 15" at the track... I just dont like the low lowprofile tire look... so im going down an inch in...

small bolt pattern is 5x4 big bolt pattern is 5x4.5 I have a set of 4-6" or so front centerlines small bolt pattern i cant use since i converted to big bolt pattern for sale cheap...

oh yah haha forgot to mention that doing away with the headers is not an option! unfornunatly its been out of the question for me,i do really like the look of the headers and the hemi dart look so i wont be doing away with them i have fought this battle for days and helped others too with it but...

Ok guys unfornuntly I fight the battle of fenderwell headers on my 69 dart. Heres the deal car is street strip. but wont be hitting the strip more then a few times a year if that. Right now i run the following. Rear rim is centerline 15" by 8 or so small bolt pattern Tire is m.t. street radial...
