well not much has been done in a while still waiting on the motor and rear end to be finished. but have put the side bars in still need to install the swing outs. and still waiting on the dart to show so I can pull the brakes from it.

well one more set back found out the left tube on the Dana 60 was bent but have now put a new tube in it. hope to have it under the car this week end.

well had a set back some how the cherry picker fell on my car and took out the rear pass side glass and damaged the glass frame . real nice of my buddy to tell me. yah right like he was going to tell me . more like him and his son hit the car when they pulled the motor out of his kids car...

well the motor will be done soon and it may be put on the dyno. if it don't cost me to much but time will tell. also the rear tubes on the rear will be done for the housing ends to be welded up so I can get it rolling.

well the exhaust is the last thing that will be done on the car. for now I just want to finish the DANA and tin work. then get to the body and paint motor transmission than the exhaust .

well look like I have a set of strange engineering Hy-tuff axles lined up and strange 4 wheel dic brakes for the car. will find out soon. all from a car that did not come to be. never know my end up with the hole car for the right money .

not my car but last photo is what I am going for . if the Goodyears don't fit I will put something like a 31x18.5x15 or 32x17x15 M/T or ???

well pulling the rear this week end to make the last cuts. then weld the ends on so I can order my axles. and also weld the shock mount in and hang the shocks. and to see if I can fit the goodyear 33x17x15 and if I can I will glass in the scoop.

well the rear tubs are in and hope to hang the dana this weekend and then finish the tin work so we can get it ready for motor then paint.

well a bit more work getting done with the new floor getting put in.

well the new flat steel floor is all most done still have to fab up a new driveshaft tunnel to clear the rear loop and then it is time to hang the dana 60 and fab up the rear fire wall and trunk. then to finish what body work that's left no more fuel cap and rear marker lights. and then spray...

a bit more is done on it. and one of the too flakes that will be used on it. fire orange .008 laid over the top of a larger .15 light orange flake and top coated with a candy pearl gold.

well things are looking up I just received a new set of Goodyear slicks from a buddy of mine 33x17x15 just hoping they will fit. they will make the ones for mockup look tiny. I will tri to stuff them in today to see how much room I have.

Rear frame was done by jw racing & fabrication Seymour ct. rear spring rate is 130lb .

:glasses7:sorry I like the green also but I am going with a eye candy tangerine metallic or a candy orange. each one will have about 2 pounds of flake and about 4 to 6 oz of gold pearl to top it off. like this but more flake and gold pearl.:prayer::coffee2:
