that balancer is external balance. w/the b&m plate, and neutral converter, everything should be good. I'm wondering about the steel crank though..........did u balance the rotating assembly?

yep, the converter should have weights on it......

my converter on my 360 is externally balanced. i just have a standard flex plate, don't know anything about the b&m piece your talking about, but an external balance is achieved with the hb and the converter as far as i know...... higgs
