Same thing happened with my '06 Ram. The door in the ac/heater box broke and it got fixed and think it's doing the same thing. I hear something thumping down there as the AC compressor kicks on and off. John

Subscribing to this thread 6pkC as I am planning on doing the same down the road with my one Demon. Since you have a 6 pack set up,will the A/C compressor mount below the alternator instead of up on top of the intake? John
